Today I wanted to keep it simple and effective.
Here are 3 systems and SOPs. (Standard Operating Procedure)
In case you are unsure, a system is a mechanism with an input, output, and process.
The first 2 system I use are by Tiago Forte.

Organize → PARA
Distill → FSPI
Express (Turn into action or content)
PARA
Projects (Goals broken down into task)
Areas (Categories like self, health, and wealth)
Resources (Articles, post, courses, or videos)
Archives (Store it for reference)
This last system is my own SOP for distilling the information.

What is the focus?
What are the signals?
What are the patterns?
What are my new ideals?
To give you an example of this SOP.
A topic is the focus of an article.
The periods at the end, signals.
The sentences and paragraphs, patterns.
What new ideals can you generate from this topic?
