I've been experimenting with a trio of tools to better manage and visualize my business operations:
Google Docs: My go-to for storing extensive data and AI-generated content, making information easy to access and transfer.
Notion: Perfect for organizing business tasks. I use Notion's block system to control different aspects of my operations efficiently. Each block represents a task or project, keeping me organized.
Nice Mind: A fantastic tool for mind mapping. It's excellent for brainstorming and creating structured overviews of complex business ideas.
Visualizing Success
Next on my agenda is creating a comprehensive flowchart to visualize my entire business process. Here's why this matters:
Flowcharts help in understanding the flow from pitch to sale. For instance:
Pitch > Website > Meeting > Offers > Sale
AIDA Funnel > Landing Page > Offer > Sale
Each business might tweak these flows, but the goal remains the same: creating raving fans and consistent sales.
